CASHLY Launches Smart Healthcare Solution to Enhance Patient Safety and Clinical Efficiency

As hospitals and clinics embrace digital transformation, the demand for intelligent nurse call and patient communication systems is rising rapidly. CASHLY’s solution supports up to 100 bed stations and introduces priority-based call routing. Different call types—such as Nurse Call, Emergency Call, Toilet Call, or Assist Call—are displayed in distinct colors both on corridor lights and nurse station screens. Calls with higher urgency automatically appear at the top, ensuring life-threatening emergencies receive immediate attention.

Patients can trigger alerts via bedside intercoms, pull cords, wireless pendants, or big-button wall phones. Elderly or mobility-limited patients can choose the most comfortable way to seek help, ensuring no call for assistance goes unanswered.

Corridor lights flash in different colors to signal call type, while IP speakers broadcast alerts across wards. Even when caregivers are away from their desks, the system ensures no critical alert is missed.

Incoming calls are automatically prioritized and logged, with missed calls clearly displayed. Nurses acknowledge calls with a “Presence” button, completing the care workflow and improving accountability.

Beyond nurse calls, CASHLY enables patients to one-touch dial up to 8 family members using a large-button phone. Incoming family calls can be set to auto-answer, ensuring loved ones can check in even if patients are unable to pick up.

The solution integrates with VoIP, IP PBX, door phones, and PA systems, and can be expanded to include smoke alarms, code displays, or voice broadcasting—providing hospitals with a future-proof, scalable platform for smart healthcare.
